Masterlight Photography carries £5 million of Public Liability Insurance. If you or the venue need a copy please email me and I will forward copy.
Pre-booking shoot. This is a complementary service available for all wedding shoots ( other than short weddings). In other cases a nominal charge of £30 will be made. This is refunded against any subsequent booking.
The location for the pre-shoot must be within 1 hrs travel time from Orpington. If it is further then a nominal charge of £30 will be made to cover costs and time. This is also refundable against a subsequent booking.
The client will be sent a Masterlight Photography Job Sheet to complete and return. This will set out all the important details of the job, contact names & numbers, locations, times and any special requirements.
Based on the completed job sheet a price will be set and agreed. Any changes to the job sheet will be confirmed in writing by either / both the client and Masterlight Photography
All prices will be based on the requirements agreed in the job sheet.
Deposit. A 25% is required to confirm a booking. This is refundable up to 6 months before a wedding but will be retained if a wedding has to be called with less than 6 months notice. If a wedding has to be postponed to another date which Masterlight Photography can accommodate then the deposit will be carried forward.
The balance is payable in full 14 days before the event. Responsibility for this payment lies with the client.
Payment can be made by cheque or by electronic transfer. Account details will be provided on request.
